  • Inlet Pressure: Typically, nitrogen cylinders can have pressures as high as 4,000 psi. The regulator is designed to handle these high pressures.
  • Outlet Pressure: The regulator reduces the high pressure to a safe, usable pressure, which can range from 100 to 2100 psí
  • Gauge(s): A high-pressure regulator usually has two gauges: one to show the pressure in the cylinder (inlet gauge) and one to show the regulated, reduced pressure (outlet gauge).
  • Adjustment Knob: This allows users to adjust the outlet pressure by increasing or decreasing the
    flow of nitrogen.
  • Safety Features: Some regulators are equipped with safety valves to release excess pressure in case of malfunction.
