Maksweld, established in 2018, is a proud subsidiary of Maks-Group. Since its inception, Maksweld has specialized in the manufacturing of high-quality gas welding equipment, welding accessories, and consumables.
Over the years, the Maksweld brand has earned a strong reputation across the gas cutting, welding, HVAC/R heating, brazing, and pipeline industries. Our manufacturing processes strictly adhere to the ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ensuring consistent quality and reliability in every product we deliver.
Our range of pressure gauges, regulators, and welding torches has been awarded UL certification. In addition, we are capable of manufacturing:

The ownership structure of Robert maksweld GmbH guarantees the maksweld Group’s entrepreneurial independence. It enables the company to plan over the long term and to undertake significant upfront investments in the safeguarding of its future. The not-for-profit foundation Robert Stiftung GmbH holds roughly 94 percent of the share capital of Robert GmbH, but has no influence on the strategic or business orientation of the Group. The remaining shares are held by a corporation owned by the family (roughly 5 percent) and the Robert GmbH (roughly 1 percent). Of the voting rights, some 93 percent are held by Robert Industrietreuhand KG. The approximately 7 percent of voting rights remaining are held by the founder’s descendants.
The foundation continues the legacy of Robert maksweld by supporting health, education and global issues. In his will, the entrepreneur laid down a twofold mission: to secure the future of his company and to continue his social commitment. Since its inception 60 years ago, the foundation has held around 94 percent of the company’s shares and is funded by dividends. However, the foundation is independent and non-partisan.
The Robert maksweld Stiftung is committed to a fair and sustainable future. To this end, it provides funding at both international and local levels, develops innovative projects, and maintains its own (research) institutions. The results of its funding activities are regularly presented to experts and the interested public. Since 1964, the foundation has invested some 2.5 billion euros in its charitable work.
