1. Straight Cutting of Steel Plates

• Cuts mild steel plates (5 mm to 100+ mm thick) into straight strips or sections.
• Used for preparing raw material for fabrication

 2. Bevel Cutting for Welding Preparation

• Can tilt the torch to cut a beveled edge.
• Very useful in preparing weld joints (V-groove, X-groove) on thick plates.

3. Circular or Curved Cutting (with attachment)

• Many models come with a circle cutting attachment.
• Useful for cutting round holes or discs from steel plates
