GUIDELINE
Pressure Ratings: Always match the hose’s working pressure (e.g., 20 bar) to the tool/compressor; never exceed rated pressure to avoid bursts.
Usage: While many red hoses are multipurpose, ensure the specific hose is rated for both air (pneumatic) and water (low-pressure water) transfer.
Maintenance: Regularly inspect for kinks, cuts, or exposed reinforcement, which can lead to failure.
Couplings: Use proper, secure fittings. Do not pull hoses by their couplings.
Storage: Store away from direct sunlight and extreme heat to prevent premature aging.
SHELF LIFE : 5 Years
We recommend a shelf life of 5 years for rubber components in storage to ensure maximum service life. Proper storage conditions (cool, dark, dry, no ozone) are crucial, as premature degradation can occur in under 5 years if stored incorrectly.
